Composition:
Each 1ml contains: Tilmicosin (as phosphate) 250mg.
Excipient q.s.f : 100ml.
Indication:
For the treatment and prevention of respiratory infections associated with tilmicosinsusceptible micro-organisms such as Mycoplasma spp., Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Actinomyces pyogenes and Mannheimia haemolyticain calves, chickens, turkeys and swine.
Dosage:
- For oral administration. Calves: Twice daily, 1 ml per 20 kg b.w(12.5 mg tilmicosin/kg b.w) via milk replacer for 3 – 5 days.
- Chickens: 30 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (15-20 mg tilmicosin/b.w) for 3 days.
- Turkeys: 30 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (10-27 mg tilmicosin/b.w) for 3 days.
- Swine: 80 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (15-20 mg tilmicosin/kg b.w) for 5 days.
ANTIBIOTICSORAL LIQUID Medicated drinking water or milk replacer should be prepared fresh every 24 h. To ensure a correct dosage, the concentration of the product should be adjusted to the actual fluid.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat and offal: 42 days for calves, 12 days for broilers, 19 days for turkeys and 14 days for swine.
